Please note that you must take your application form to Inland Revenue to apply for your Teacher Registration number. You will be charged a total of $5.00. Please attach the Official Receipt that you would receive after payment to your application form.
An Official Transcript is required when submitting your application. If a physical copy of your transcript is unavailable, please submit your official transcript to administrator@thadert.gov.tt
