TREASURES FROM GOLDEN LANE GOVERNMENT SCHOOL Mr. Hochoy Charles Mr. Hochoy Charles, first Chief Secretary of THA Mr. Othneil Bacchus Born Ortneil Bacchus in Culloden, Tobago, Crusoe is an adored cultural figure in East London, England. There the affable bard has spent the past 30 years introducing young British students to Calypso music Mr. Rodhill Kirk My name is Rodhill Hiward Kirk, a member of the community of Golden Lane. I attended the School from 1978 to 1984. Back then, the Principal was Mrs. Uris Warner. I was always an A student in every single class; I was the person to beat in weekly and term test. I then proceeded to Scarborough Secondary School and then to Signal Hill Comprehensive School. Having obtained O’ Levels, leaving School in 1989, I joined the TTPS in 1992 where I attained the highest scores overall. I then enrolled in the University of Cambridge A Level Law followed by the University of London where I obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree then into the Staffordshire University where I obtained my post graduate Diploma in Law. I am also a police superintendent assigned to the Tobago Police Division. I am the first person from the community to become a lawyer. Back to GLGS
