Assembly Division of Education Research and Technology in the Bargaining Units delineated as follows:
Bargaining Unit No. 1
All persons holding positions in the First Schedule to the Education Act No. 1 of 1966 as amended by Section 7 of the Education (Amendment) Act No. 1 of 1981.
Bargaining Unit No. 2
The monthly rated employees whose positions are listed in the Third Schedule of the Education (Amendment) Act of 2005.
for the purpose of ascertaining whether an Agency Shop Order should be made in favour of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers’ Association.
